Jamieson Ranch Vineyards is pleased to feature the artwork of Grammy Award-winning
musician, Mickey Hart, in conjunction with Napa Valley Arts in April. Inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1994 as a member of the iconic band, the Grateful Dead, he has applied his considerable creative energies towards a one-of-a-kind collection of art that expresses his interpretation of rhythm and the cosmos. A portion of the exhibit, his “Drum Ki” works, represent an exciting new medium in visual art. Like a painter uses brushes, Hart utilizes drumsticks and time lapse light technology to portray the nature of rhythm in an abstract and powerful way .
