Napa Valley Vintners Leadership Program Launches Dream.Work.Napa.

 

3/21/2023 - Saint Helena, CA - Today, the second cohort of the Napa Valley Vintners (NVV) Leadership Program announced the launch of Dream.Work.Napa., a digital resource to support the local community and those looking to start their careers in Napa Valley. 

Dream.Work.Napa. will connect people with a range of resources available on the webpage including internships, housing opportunities, education and mentorship programs, scholarships, employment opportunities and healthcare. 

The mission of Dream.Work.Napa. is to improve the accessibility and social sustainability of Napa Valley through supported educational and resource programs to attract, retain and inspire the next generation, and benefit the community as a whole.

Members of the NVV Leadership Program cohort encourage industry professionals and the greater Napa Valley community to participate in Dream.Work.Napa. by sharing this resource page. Those interested in adding resources to the page should contact Malek Amrani, member of the cohort and owner of The Vice Wine.

On launching Dream.Work.Napa., the cohort provided the following shared statement: 

“We are thrilled to be passionately launching a platform that we hope will inspire and support the journey of aspiring wine industry professionals kick starting their careers in Napa, support members of the community and the greater wine community. It is important to us that the wide range of existing valuable Napa Valley resources are visible and accessible to all who are interested.”

Selected by Napa Valley Vintners, this cohort of the Napa Valley Vintners Leadership Program were recognized as the next generation of leaders to shape the future of Napa Valley. The cohort members are:
