ZD Wines’ new Cooking Series launching this September. Guests will enjoy seasonal wine-paired dishes prepared in our demonstration kitchen every Sunday from September 12 – October 31. The seasonal tasting menu incorporates eggs from the chickens that roam our vineyard and produce from the property garden. Nibble on a delectable treat with a glass of wine and embark upon a tour of the facility and surrounding vineyard. Conclude your experience in the kitchen with more wine, including the Pinot Noir made from 100% certified organic grapes, and mingle with the Chef as he finishes preparing the small bites for you to enjoy.
