This informative and comprehensive tour & tasting experience, lasting one hour and forty five minutes, begins with a visit to a historical vineyard and continues to the fermentation cellar and the 107-year-old barrel room where viticulture, fermentation and barrel influence are discussed. The tour concludes in the executive dining room overlooking the scenic Mt. Veeder Hills. Guests enjoy a guided tasting of five wines during a tutorial on wine knowledge foundation, tasting technique and wine evaluation.
