4/11/2013 - St. Helena, CA-The Napa Valley Vintners (NVV) today announced that tickets to Auction Napa Valley have sold out the earliest in this "must-attend" event's history. The country's most celebrated charity wine auction this year runs May 30-June 2.
For a lucky recipient, however, there is a special chance to win a pair of tickets to the Napa Valley Barrel Auction on May 31 through the "Marvels to Miracles" ticket giveaway also announced today by the NVV.
"Marvels to Miracles" describes the transformation of how proceeds from the spirited bidding on the "Marvels" of extraordinary lots are transformed into the "Miracles" of funding a broad array of programs benefitting healthcare and child development in Napa County. To date, Auction Napa Valley has given more than $110 million to the health of the Napa Valley community.
The giveaway for two tickets to the Napa Valley Barrel Auction extravaganza at Raymond Vineyards on Friday, May 31 will allow the winner and their guest to sip legendary Napa Valley wines while meeting the winemakers behind them, savor culinary gems from dozens of Napa Valley's most acclaimed restaurants, and meet some of the recipients whose lives have been changed by Auction donations.
Entrants to the giveaway are asked to dream a little of one's favorite live lot: on the water with America's Cup and a cellar's worth of Napa Valley wine?
