Mt. Brave

Mt. Brave is a tribute to the pioneering spirit of those who settled the rugged terrain of Mt. Veeder during the 1800s and an homage to the Wappo Indians, “the brave ones”, who were the original inhabitants of this extraordinary place.

Nestled on the western ridges of the Mayacamas, in the northern tip of the Mt. Veeder AVA, the Mt. Brave vineyard succeeds in its struggle to produce fruit of great distinction. This Cabernet Sauvignon, brimming with the violets, minerality and blueberry aromas one expects from Mt.Veeder. Expressive blue fruit flavors are joined by wet shale and refined mountain tannins.
