Our consulting winemaker is Paul Hobbs. We crush, process, and age our wines at the Paul Hobbs Crossbarn Winery.We have been growing grapes since 1985 and use grapes from our vineyard to produce our wine. We grow and produce designated vineyard varietals of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot , Petite Verdot, and Cabernet Franc. Our tasting salon "Uncorked at Oxbow" is located across from the Oxbow Public Marketplace at 605 First Street in Napa and offers tastings daily and special events. Bruce Ahnfeldt and Celeste Carducci- Ahnfeldt own and operate the vineyards and "Uncorked at Oxbow" and have created a great tasting venue. We have a bonded barrel room where we do barrel tastings, and we also offer blending sessions,food, fun, art, music and education. |

Room Description: "Uncorked at Oxbow" is the tasting salon for Ahnfeldt Wines & Carducci Wines, Italian influenced selections. This state of the art tasting salon is located in Napa's newest downtown area, across from Oxbow Public Marketplace. The tasting salon, created within an historic renovated home offers several rooms: A Grand salon , VIP members salon , a glass enclosed bonded barrel room for futures tastings and a private/blending room for wine education and blending sessions.

Members also are extended special accommodations rates when traveling and visiting the Napa Valley. The McClelland-Priest Bed and Breakfast Inn extends discounts to our wine club members. The B&B is located minutes walking from our Uncorked at Oxbow tasting salon.
