Trinitas Cellars at the Meritage Resort and Spa
This family owned, Napa Valley boutique winery, works closely with its grower society throughout Northern California to source a broad range of varietals from the regions where climate and soil conditions are most favorable. Small quantities of these exceptional-quality grapes are then handcrafted by winemaker Kevin Mills, into an approachable Californa-style wine to be enjoyed as an apertif or with food.
We have a beautiful and elegant tasting room located in the Estate Cave at the Meritage Resort and Spa. We offer custom flights of Trinitas wine and red wine and artisan chocolate pairings daily. Guests of the winery are welcome to stroll the walking path through the eight acres of our Estate Vineyard and visit the iconic "Crusher Man" statue located above the cave. Winery guests are also invited to dine at the Siena Restaurant where guests can enjoy free corkage on any bottle of Trinitas wine. Also available is the newest addition to the Mertiage Resort & Spa, Crush-Ultra Lounge for late night bowling and bites.
Trinitas is open daily from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. for those guests who'd like to enjoy "just one more tasting!" No appointment is necessary. We look forward to seeing you!

Trinitas Wine Society members can choose from the "Trinity Club" with a selection of red and white wines, or the "Cardinal Club" with a selection of only red wines.
Our standard shipment consists of three bottles per quarter. Joining the three bottle club gives our members 20% off of all our wines and retail items, as well as discounted rooms and spa treatments at the Meritage Resort & Spa. Upgrading to a six bottle shipment gives our members 25% off. Our case club members receive 30% off.
Premiere Napa Valley

Once a year the rarest new Napa Valley wines become available under one roof at Premiere Napa Valley. Wineries throughout the Napa Valley are given one task to participate: create a one-of-a-kind wine for this event to be purchased by one lucky bidder. This event is only open to select members of the wine trade and the successful bidder is the sole owner of this unique wine.
