Bourassa Vineyards is a boutique producer of fine wine that released its first bottle commercially in 2001. While Bourassa has and will continue to work with several different varieties of wine grapes, it is considered to be a Cab house as its focus is on Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux style blends. With just over 3000 cases in production each bottling is very small, usually 300 to 500 cases per offering. Tastings are by appointment only and include barrel sampling, blending trials, and a comprehensive discussion of wine from vineyards to bottle. Tastings are often conducted by owner/vintner Vic Bourassa as he remains extremely accessible due to his passion for sharing his love of food and wine.
