Napa Valley Vintners Statement on June 2003 Napa Valley Wine Auction Revised Grand Total
7/29/2003 - St. Helena, California, - The Napa Valley Wine Auction was recently pleased to receive an additional $100,000 private donation, increasing the grand total of the June 2003 Napa Valley Auction from $6.47 million to $6.57 million.
The donation came from an anonymous donor who regularly attends the annual event. Despite the fact that the anonymous donor bid unsuccessfully at the June event, he contributed the donation post-Auction saying, "we try to support organizations whose mission we believe in."
