We at Clif Family understand that it takes amazing ingredients to make the deliciousness that is the Clif Family Kitchen and the Bruschetteria Food Truck. So we are excited to introduce Feast it Fridays at Velo Vino, where we will be showcasing our partners' delicious wares. Come by Velo Vino to mingle with some amazing purveyors and grab a bite at the Food Truck...they will be featuring a special item on the menu to pay tribute to some awesome partners.
For the November Feast it Friday, we will be indulging with TCHO Chocolate! In case you didn't know, TCHO has gone beyond fair trade to partner directly with growers, being the only chocolate maker in the world bringing flavor labs to farmers in places like Peru, Ecuador and Ghana. These labs provide the innovation, technology and know-how that empowers growers to improve their own livelihoods and hone their craft, resulting in the some seriously amazing cacao! The TCHO folks will be at Velo Vino to talk about all things chocolate on Friday, November 20th from 11:30-1:30 pm. Of course, we'll be pouring splashes of our Clif Family Wines to accompany some delicious TCHO samples and chocoholic goodness from Chef John. Mangia!
