Spring is known best for rejuvenation, regrowth, and renewal. Journey with us through a five-course dinner that is carefully constructed to highlight the beauty and warmth of Spring. The location, a once Michelin starred restaurant, serves as a great canvas to showcase the bold menu and warm pairings provided by Crosby Roamann Wines.
Crosby Roamann is a small winery consumed with the idea of creating honest, handmade wines, focused on a hands-on labor intensive process. Named after two family matriarchs, one a stage performer from the Roaring 20's, the other, a poet from the Great Depression, their illustrious namesake is showcased through each and every bottle of wine.
Chefs Jordan Grosser and Ted Fleury have elegantly composed a menu to celebrate the spring and compliment Crosby Roamann's wines.
