  11th Annual Cave Dinner
Rudy von Strasser and the winery staff invite you to join us for our 11th Annual Cave Dinner! This event is being held at von Strasser Winery on Saturday, August 24th. Our evening will begin at 6:00 pm on the crush pad where we will enjoy live music while sipping away on our 2012 Grüner Veltliner and enjoying raw/BBQ Oysters on the half shells. Dinner will be served inside the cave where we are featuring a four course meal paired with our current release wines. In addition, a1992 Diamond Mountain District 3L bottle from Rudy’s Library Collection will pair beautifully with our main course. After dinner, the party will move up to the Grüner Patio for dessert and coffee featuring our 2001 Zinfandel Port.

Hotel Accommodations:
von Strasser Winery and Wine Country Inn are working together in providing accommodations for our wine club members with a 15% discount on one and two night stays. This will also include transportation to and from the Cave Dinner on Saturday the 24th. Please make your reservations well in advanced as August is a busy time of the year! Tickets:
The cost to attend is $150 for Diamond Cartel members and $200 for non-wine club members. When purchasing tickets on-line, be sure to log in to your account in order to receive your discount. You can also call the winery, or send us an email at andrea@vonstrasser.com. Please make advanced reservations and RSVP by Saturday, August 10th

just keep in mind that the dinner is served in our cave, which is about 58 degrees.

**If you have special dietary requirements (gluten free, vegetarian, nut allergy etc.) please contact the winery with any special food requests. A vegetarian option will be available. All requests must be placed with a minimum of one week prior to the day of the event.
