Charles Krug Winery Announces their 8th Annual Open House
Join us for our Annual Open House at Napa Valley’s First Winery. The Peter Mondavi Sr. Family invites you to attend our two-day Open House on Friday, February 1st and Saturday, February 2nd from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Complimentary wine tasting will include our newly released 2012 Sauvignon Blanc as well as many of our other stellar wines. Peter Mondavi Jr. will be on hand Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. to welcome guests. During that time, he will sign purchased bottles– a perfect time to ask for a personalized message for an anniversary, birthday or other special occasion for family or friends.
Our Family Reserve Tasting will be available for a fee of $25.00 as well as our Limited Release Tasting for $40.00 in the VIP room. If you are looking for truly spectacular Cabernet Sauvignon, this is the tasting for you!
Construction of the new Hospitality Center is under way and we will be celebrating the grand opening in just eight months! Charles Krug Winery will bid a fine farewell to the old Tasting Room and welcome in the new Hospitality Center located on the south side of the historic 1872 Redwood Cellar. Renderings of the project by renowned architect Howard Backen will be on display.
Come see if the mustard is in bloom in the vineyards – a harbinger of spring – and join us in tasting our wines – no reservations required!
