Indulge in a three-course tasting menu highlighting the best of fall fare expertly paired with Chandon sparkling and still wines. Start with a roasted chestnut soup, or perhaps a salad of roasted root vegetables with prosciutto, before moving on to your main course of Liberty Farms duck breast with pumpkin purée, or you may prefer roasted duck or turkey breast accompanied by potato purée and pancetta stuffing.
