Bidding Dates and Times
- Bidding is available via Internet Friday, May 22rd through Friday, June 5th.
- Bidding is also available at Taste Napa Valley at Auction Napa Valley via bidding kiosks on June 5th.
- Bidding closes in two waves on June 5th at 2:00pm and 2:30pm.
About the E-Auction
The E-Auction is the one way anyone in the world, anywhere in the world, can take part in Auction Napa Valley, buying rare and one-of-a-kind Napa Valley wines and vintner-hosted Napa Valley experiences from the comfort of their own home.
Posting Results
Results will be available online at the close of the E-Auction, as well as on-site at Auction Napa Valley via kiosks and screens on Friday, June 5th. E-Auction closes Friday, June 5, in two waves, at 2:00 and 2:30 pm PDT.
Lot Payment
Lots won by online bidders will be charged on Sunday June 7th, to the credit card provided during registration. Auction Napa Valley attendees may make payment arrangements at the Bidder Services area at Robert Mondavi Winery until 5:00pm on Friday, June 5th or between 10:00am and 1:00pm on Sunday, June 7th.
Lot Pickup/Shipping/Storage
Vintrust Wine Management & Cellarage will provide all E-Auction lot shipping and storage services. Winning bidders will receive an e-mail confirmation that will direct them to contact Vintrust for lot delivery arrangements or the winery that donated the lot to schedule visits as appropriate for each lot. Purchasers are responsible for all shipping charges, however, delivery within Napa County will be complimentary.
Auction attendees and online bidders can also make storage arrangements with Vintrust. Complimentary storage is available for one month. On July 7, outstanding lots are charged the usual storage fee - $0.25 per bottle per month.

Lot Disputes
Should a dispute arise between bidders or should the validity of any bid come into question, the auctioneer shall have the absolute right to resolve the dispute by auctioning the lot in question in a live auction, re-offering it or withdrawing it. Please refer to the Conditions of Purchase for additional information.
