As the only Napa Valley winery with a fine dining restaurant, Domaine Chandon offers a truly unique epicurean experience. Here, both the chef and the winemaker take into account each other's craft while creating their own. We invite you to work alongside these award-winning Chandon Tastemakers to create your own unforgettable experience.
You and five guests will start the day with sparkling winemaker Tom Tiburzi to taste through Chandon's portfolio of award-winning wines, learning the unique qualities of each. Armed with this thorough understanding, your group will then join Tom and the Chef behind the scenes in the etoile kitchen, helping them collaborate to offer the ultimate pairings at our Michelin-rated etoile Restaurant. For this special day, you will be part of the Tastemaker Panel, choosing the ultimate pairings for the day's menu. When that hard work is done, savor the fruits of your labor with a multi-course lunch in the elegant dining room at etoile.
To ensure that you have ample supply of your favorite Chandon bubbly long after you've returned home, you will participate in a hands-on blending exercise to create your custom sparkling wine. Choose the final dosage for your preferred style and we will bottle 24 bottles for you, complete with a customized the label for your special cuvee. To be scheduled for a mutually agreeable date.
