Auction Napa Valley Ticket Options
We offer three Auction Napa Valley ticket packages, but only a limited number of each are available. Registration opens on Wednesday, March 31, at 8:00 am Pacific Time, and we recommend you register at your earliest convenience for the best selection of events and to avoid being wait-listed.

Four-Day Package
Includes all Auction festivities over the four days, including some available only to Four-Day package holders:

• A "Welcome to Napa Valley" vintner-hosted dinner party on Thursday evening
• Friday's "Taste Napa Valley" event at Rubicon Estate, which includes: Barrel Tasting and Auction; E-Auction; and The Marketplace
• A "Friday Night in Napa Valley" vintner-hosted dinner party*
• The Saturday Live Auction, including the Live Auction Lot Preview, pre-Auction lunch prepared by eleven acclaimed chefs from across the U.S., post-Auction dinner prepared by some of America's top women chefs, and post-Auction celebration*
• The Sunday Farewell Fête/Announcement of Results

*available only to Four-Day Package guests

Three-Day Package
Enjoy Auction festivities while still having time to enjoy other Napa Valley offerings on Saturday. Includes:

• A "Welcome to Napa Valley" vintner-hosted dinner party on Thursday evening
• Friday's "Taste Napa Valley" event at Rubicon Estate, which includes: Barrel Tasting and Auction; E-Auction; and The Marketplace;
• The Sunday Farewell Fête/Announcement of Results

Also includes one bidding number for the Barrel and E-Auction

$1,000 per person

 

Taste Napa Valley ticket
Includes all festivities at the "Taste Napa Valley" event on Friday, June 4, at Rubicon Estate: Barrel Tasting and Auction; E-Auction; and The Marketplace.
Also includes one bidding number for the Barrel and E-Auction.
$250 per person. Napa County residents receive a $125 credit on any successful auction lot bids.

How to Register for Auction Napa Valley
Registration opens at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time on Wednesday, March 31. Since this event sells out quickly, we recommend that you complete your registration as soon as possible. Registration is done via the Internet at www.napavintners.com. Either log in to your account if you already have one, or create a new account.

Vintner-Hosted Party Assignments
Each registered Four-Day Package holder is assigned to one bidder dinner party on Thursday and one on Friday. Each registered Three-Day Package holder is assigned to one vintner-hosted private party on Thursday.

Assignment to a particular event cannot be guaranteed, but completing all six preferences for each day improves the likelihood of being assigned to a preferred event. Complete descriptions of all event options follow in the back of this booklet.

Group Registrations
Group registrations (which allows all guests in one party to attend all the same events) are welcome. All registrations—whether for individuals, couples or groups—are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. To improve the possibility of your group members all attending the same events, we recommend you register as soon as possible and include six preferences for vintner-hosted parties.

Payment and Refund Policy
Registration may be paid for by check or credit card (American Express, MasterCard or VISA).

Due to the limited availability of tickets and the fundraising nature of the event, no refunds will be issued.

Your complete itinerary for the weekend will be mailed to you in early May.
