Auction Napa Valley Ticket Options
For 2012 we have two Auction Napa Valley ticket packages, but only a limited number of each is available. Registration for the Four-Day Passport and the Three-Day Package opens on February 15, at 8:00 am Pacific Time.
If space allows, a limited number of Friday tickets to the Barrel Auction and E-Auction Marketplace will be offered beginning on Monday April 16th for $350 per person.
Four-Day Passport
Includes all Auction festivities over the four days, including some available only to Passport holders:
- A "Welcome to Napa Valley" vintner-hosted dinner party on Thursday evening
- Friday's "Taste Napa Valley" event at Jarvis, which includes: Barrel Tasting & Auction; E-Auction Marketplace; and tasting seminars
- A "Friday Night in Napa Valley" vintner-hosted dinner party*
- Saturday's Live Auction at Meadowood, which includes: Live Auction Lot Preview; pre-Auction lunch; and post-Auction dinner
- The Sunday Farewell Fete
Also includes one Live Auction bidding paddle and a Live Auction catalogue
*available only to Four-Day Passport guests

Three-Day Package
Enjoy Auction festivities while still having time to partake in other Napa Valley offerings on Saturday. Includes:
- A "Welcome to Napa Valley" vintner-hosted dinner party on Thursday evening
- Friday's "Taste Napa Valley" event at Jarvis, which includes: Barrel Tasting & Auction; E-Auction Marketplace; and tasting seminars
- The Sunday Farewell Fete
Also includes one bidding number for the Barrel and E-Auction

How to Register for Auction Napa Valley
Registration for the Four-Day Passport and the Three-Day Package opens on February 15, at 8:00 am Pacific Time. Either log in to your account if you already have one, or create an account.
If space allows, a limited number of Friday tickets to the Barrel Auction and E-Auction Marketplace will be offered beginning on Monday April 16th for $350 per person.
Vintner-Hosted Party Assignments
Each registered Four-Day Passport holder is assigned to one bidder dinner party on Thursday and one on Friday. Each registered Three-Day Package holder is assigned to one vintner-hosted party on Thursday. Assignment to a particular event cannot be guaranteed, but completing all six preferences for each day improves the likelihood of being assigned to a preferred event. Complete descriptions of all event options follow in the back of this booklet.
Group Registrations
Group registrations (which allows all guests in one party to attend all the same events) are welcome. All registrations - whether for individuals, couples or groups - are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. To improve the possibility of your group members all attending the same events, we recommend you register as soon as possible and include six preferences for vintner-hosted parties.
Payment and Refund Policy
Registration may be paid for by check or credit card (American Express, MasterCard or VISA).
Due to the limited availability of tickets and the fundraising nature of the event, no refunds will be issued.
Your complete itinerary for the weekend will be mailed to you in early May.
